What are 7 awakening factors and how do I use it?

1. It's the heart of Buddhist meditation in EBT. See o 7.0.2
It describes a causal sequence that leads from sati ("mindfulness"),
remembering and applying Dharma every moment,
to undistractible-lucidity, which gives you the mental power
to properly utilize upekkha, equanimous-observation, to lucidly discern reality and realize nirvana.
2. All 7 factors are independently developed and refined as factors in the 4 jhānas 4j🌕 ,
whether you're a beginner with no jhāna or an advanced expert.

Why do you use a Dragon as the symbol for 7 awakening factors?

It's not my idea, it's the Buddha's.
See the very first sutta in the 7 awakening factors SN chapter, SN 46.1.
And notice what I use as the drawing for upekkha, the 7th of 7 factors.
That is my idea, to tie into the Dragon simile.
The Arahant monk riding the dragon looking down from the clouds,
represents the perfect right view of fully developed samādhi awakening factor breaking through to nirvana.
That's why upekkha is "equanimous-observation", not "equanimity".
The insight power of "equanimous-observation", is what leads to nirvana.
If "equanimty" (instead of equanimous-observation) was the 7th factor,
it would be properly called 7 factors that lead to boredom and indifference, and not to awakening.
